If you have any issue with your purchase and would like to return, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days from the date of purchase with your name, proof of purchase and include a photo evidence of the damaged item.
FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Only full-priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on Final Sale items or promotional items (e.g. free gifts).
EXPIRED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a wrong product or a product that is defective, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of order delivery, we offer either issuing you a full refund for the product and cost of shipping OR sending you a replacement product completely free of charge.
Please Note: Only items purchased from our store may be accepted for returns.
We do not accept international returns.

HOW TO START RETURN?
To start your return, simply reach out to our customer care team via email email@example.com with your order number (Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM GMT, excluding holidays and weekends.)
Inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within 1 business day. Response times may be extended during weekends and holidays.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and handling. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will notify you once your return has been processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed in 2 - 3 business days after we have validated and received your items and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns and exchanges are subject to validation and approval at our discretion, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
We process your orders as soon as the order is placed. Once placed, online orders cannot be canceled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. However, you may return orders for a refund.
In situations like these, orders may be automatically cancelled by the system:
An item is unavailable;
Payment is unsuccessful;
The delivery address is invalid.
