Standard Shipping

 

Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update from us with tracking details.

P.S. We do not ship outside of the US yet. But we’re working on it!

Rush Order 

Orders placed prior to 11AM PST / 2PM EST will typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after 11AM PST / 2PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Free Shipping orders above $75!

We offer free shipping for orders over $75 within most of the regions in USA (with the exclusion of the Military addresses e.g. APO, FPO, DPO as well as US protectorates e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, VI, MI, etc.). Otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $7.95 per order.

    After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

    Order Issues

    If you have any issues with your order (e.g. it was not delivered, it was not what you expected), please contact us immediately at info@thena.biz so that we can rectify the situation. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make every effort to address any issues that arise

    Returns, Refund & Exchanges

    At Thena Natural Wellness, we take customer satisfaction seriously and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The products purchased from our website must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase and  be in new or gently used condition.

    If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please follow the following steps to begin the return or exchange process and we will be happy to help.

    * Contact us at info@thena.biz and let us know of your issue. Please include your name and proof of purchase (Proof of purchase may include your order number, name, email, product lot number and photo evidence of any damages).

    * If your return is accepted, please mail your product and receipt to:

    You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and handling. Thena Natural Wellness is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Expired or Wrong Products

    If you receive the wrong product or a product that is defective, we will issue you a full refund for the product and cost of shipping OR send you a replacement product completely free of charge.

    Exchanges

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your replacement for a defective, damaged or wrong product purchased.

    Refund

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed in 2- 3 business days after we have validated and received your items and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

    Please note: All returns and exchanges are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days of your refund notification, contact your credit card company. It may take longer before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thena.biz.
