HOW TO USE

Calming Bath Soak: For optimal results, add ¼ cup to tub of lukewarm water (about 37°C). Relax and soak for about 20 minutes. When finished, gently pat the skin (do not rub the skin) with a soft towel to remove excess water, and immediately apply cream or oil to seal in moisture. We recommend that you drink plenty of water after your bath.
