HOW TO USE

Sitz Bath Soak: Fill the sitz bath with warm water. Add 1/8 cup of salts to the bath, increasing or decreasing the amount of salts based on our personal preference. Soak for 15–20 minutes or as you need.

I was doubtful at first. But this worked! It took about a week, but eventually like all the other reviewers experience, I experienced relief as well. It is a much better than anything you can purchase at the grocery store. At first I used castor oil and then applied this on top of that. Castor oil seemed to calm down the inflammation and then eventually I just used the salve. Now it’s as if I never had the problem. I highly recommend.

Amazing on any inflamed skin. I bought this for persistent fissures that wouldn't respond to over-the-counter creams and ultimately wouldn't respond to prescription creams. It worked so well.
