We currently ship within the U.S.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS?
- Standard
- Free (for orders $75 and above)
- $6.47 (for orders below $75)
- Transit time: 8-12 business days
- Expedited
- $25
- Transit time: 1-3 business days
- PO Box Addresses
- We are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address.
*Note: Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time, and delivery to Hawaii and U.S. military zones may take longer time to deliver.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Orders received on a weekday before 2 PM EST are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM EST on a weekday will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 2 PM EST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. Our processing time does not include weekends and holidays. Only confirmed orders are processed and shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once it is completed. Please provide the correct email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 - 48 hours of your purchase, please email support@thena.biz. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Note: During holidays and promotional periods, order processing may take additional time.
WHEN YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS
Please note that if your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Our products are stored in various warehouses across the country to ensure faster and more efficient delivery. We strive to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible, and this means dispatching each item based on the optimal route and distance, taking into account the stock levels and your specific ship-to destination. This approach helps us deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible.
