Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from our stores, in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thena.biz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a photo as proof if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and address it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
