What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies and is listed in the product descriptions. All of our products have a stable shelf life of 12 months, while our Salve, Bath Blend and Deodorants can last for 24 months. Each product is also time stamped on the bottom with a sticker to reflect the DD/MM it was made. We are always making fresh products in small batches so you can be assured that the product you receive is in perfect condition and at the beginning of its life cycle. If you’d like to prolong the shelf life of your products, putting them in the fridge can help. It’s also a way to add more of a refreshing feel to your skincare experience (the face creams and toners are especially nice out of the fridge!).

Are your products organic?

All of our products contain organic ingredients and the percentage of organic ingredients is listed in each product description. We have sourced the best possible raw materials to create a beautiful product that both works well and is an affordable price, which means in some cases we have opted to use some non-organic ingredients. The majority of our products contain over 85% organic ingredients, many of which are 99%+ organic like our Oil Cleanser, Toners, Body Cream, Body Oil, and Salve.

Are your products vegan?

The following products are vegan: Oil Cleanser, Face Serum, Eye Serum, Face and Body Scrub, Face Lotion, Geranium and Orange Blossom Toner, Bergamot and Rose Toner, Cypress and Cedarwood Deodorant, Clary Sage and Lavender Deodorant, Body Oil, and Herbal Bath Blend.

The following products are not vegan: Makeup Remover, Body Cream, Geranium and Orange Blossom Face Cream, Bergamot and Rose Face Cream, and Salve.

We have included "vegan" in the product descriptions where it applies. The only ingredients we use that are not vegan are beeswax and honey.

Are your products gluten free?

All of our products are gluten free, but not certified gluten free, meaning we don’t use any ingredients that include gluten or expose our products to gluten but we can’t guarantee that our facility is 100% free of gluten.

Are your products nut free?

We use kukui nut oil in our Bergamot and Rose Face Cream and almond oil in our Face and Body Scrub. While the rest of our products are nut free, our facility is not.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, never.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant?

 Our skincare line is made of all natural ingredients and contains a 1-2% dilution of essential oils in each formula (with the exception of the herbal bath blend). It is important to look into which essential oils are safe to use on your body during each stage of your pregnancy, as opinions can vary. Please seek the guidance of a healthcare practitioner to decide what is most suitable for you at this time.

Where do I enter my discount code?

When you’re finished shopping and want to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart or ‘Checkout’ in the top right corner of the website. It will take you to a page to review everything you’ve selected. When ready to proceed, click ‘Checkout’ and it will take you to a payment page. On the right hand side, below the list of products, there will be a box labelled ‘Discount’. Enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply’. For mobile, click on ‘Show order summary’ and you’ll be able to enter your discount code.

I’m trying to checkout, but it won’t let me use more than one discount code. What do I do?

Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
