HOW TO USE

Calming Bath Soak: For optimal results, add ¼ cup to tub of lukewarm water (about 37°C). Relax and soak for about 20 minutes. When finished, gently pat the skin (do not rub the skin) with a soft towel to remove excess water, and immediately apply cream or oil to seal in moisture. We recommend that you drink plenty of water after your bath.

Sitz Bath Soak: Fill the sitz bath with warm water. Add 1/8 cup of salts to the bath, increasing or decreasing the amount of salts based on our personal preference. Soak for 15–20 minutes or as you need.

A little goes a long way, so you only need to place a small amount on the forehead, cheeks, and chin and smooth these in to cover the entire face. Feels great. Use on the neck as well.
