HOW TO USE
- Calming Bath Soak: Fill the sitz bath with warm water. Add 1/8 cup of salts to the bath, increasing or decreasing the amount of salts based on our personal preference. Soak for 15–20 minutes or as you need.

A little goes a long way, so you only need to place a small amount on the forehead, cheeks, and chin and smooth these in to cover the entire face. Feels great. Use on the neck as well.
