The aroma they emit when dissolving in the water is really relaxing and has a pleasant, natural, earthy smell (no fake, chemical fragrances). After soaking my feet in these salts, they feel less achy and less tense. I wish these came in a larger bag because I use them 5 days a week!

Using this for a long lasting fistula scar that was having trouble healing. It is too early to tell if this alone will completely heal the wound and scar but from what I've seen so far, it does seem to help. It soothes the area and leaves it cleaner than just using water in a sitz bath. It also has the benefit of general relaxation probably attributed to the oils in it. It is pleasantly very fragrant and will freshen up your bathroom as well. Overall very satisfactory.

This was a lifesaver postpartum!! I used it in my bath almost every night for 2 weeks after having my baby girl. I swear it sped up my recovery and also was perfect for some me time that was needed those first few weeks with a newborn.

SWEET RELIEF! I was struggling with internal hemorrhoids going on several months following a bout of unexpected digestive issues. The doc recommended fiber, steroid cream, and sitz baths. I love the smell of it. I'm not sure that it helped with pain relief, but it was relaxing to get into the tub with this in it. I'm into essential oils but rarely use them in the tub or shower. I say that because I didn't realize that my tub would be slippery after using this sitz bath. I still would recommend it because my skin felt smoothy soft. Just be careful stepping in and out of the tub.
