HOW TO USE
- Tea Tree Oil Antifungal Foot Balm - Massage the balm onto your feet as needed (you can also apply it to other dry areas such as elbows and knees). For overnight softness, apply to feet before bed, slip on a pair of socks, and wake up to beautifully smooth skin in the morning!

Muscle Relaxation Bath Soak - For optimal results, add ¼ cup to a tub of lukewarm water (about 37°C). Relax and soak for about 20 minutes. When finished, gently pat the skin (do not rub the skin) with a soft towel to remove excess water and immediately apply cream or oil to seal in moisture. We recommend that you drink plenty of water after your relaxing bath.
