I had a hemorrhoid that flared and extremely painful. It was the Friday before an 8 day cruise that left on Saturday. My desperate searches for relief that really worked led me to this website but I couldn’t get my H-Salve order before I left. I was doubtful at first. But this worked! It took about a week, but eventually like all the other reviewers experience, I experienced relief as well. It is a much better than anything you can purchase at the grocery store. At first I used castor oil and then applied this on top of that. Castor oil seemed to calm down the inflammation and then eventually I just used the salve. Now it’s as if I never had the problem. I highly recommend.

I was suffer from postpartum hemorrhoids and would be terrified to go the bathroom. I tried almost every over the counter medicine but then I finally discovered this. A family member had a stroke and cleaning them/changing their brief (adult diaper) was initially very painful due to hemorrhoids. We bought this attempting to ease their discomfort. We have never used anything else since. We use a small amount and within a few applications it has not only eased the pain but shrunk the hemorrhoids to the point they aren't even noticeable! After giving birth, I had some serious butt issues and this salve has really helped with a thrombosed hemorrhoid. Also, this stuff smells great! If you're having trouble with hemorrhoids and want a more natural solution, give this a try. I add a drop of geranium oil and a drop of "Dew Dab" (Living Libations). This made more of a difference than prescribed steroidal suppositories and I am finally getting relief and healing :)

I’ve been using this after sitz baths and have notice a huge difference. Almost no irritation or pain after using for a couple of days. I noticed that if I don’t use it for a while, some of the irritation comes back though until I use this cream again. I’m thinking it’s more of a treatment than a cure, but it definitely helps!

I weight lift and suffered from hemorrhoids for 18 months. I tried the typical hydrocortisone ointments, which treated the symptoms but did nothing to cure the aliment. Funny story. I don’t have hemorrhoids. But I thought I did thanks to some unfortunate chigger bites. If anyone knows chiggers, they will know that the itch is the absolute worst. So I tried this salve on those spots. It’s about the only thing I’ve found that brings relief for chigger bites other than steroid cream.
